Rien d'officiel, mais d'après PSP Takeover, Sony devrait remplacer les consoles comportant 2 pixels défectueux ou plus. Gamespot, espérant confirmation de la part de Sony, a contacté la boîte nippone, et voici sa réponse :
Les possesseurs de consoles doivent essayer de jouer "for a week or two" afin de voir si cela les gêne toujours. "If you find the spots are interfering with gameplay/video viewing during this period, we will support the various elements of [the PSP] warranty". Si une console est "determined to be defective" par SCEA(Sony Computer Entertainment America), la société opérera à "repair or replacement of this product [the PSP] with a new or refurbished product at SCEA's option." |
